●The fly-cutter shaft transmission chain uses 6-level precision ground gears to ensure that the tool trajectory fully executes the program instructions of the CNC system, eliminating hidden defects such as groove mismatch and broken tools caused by low precision and poor rigidity of the transmission chain. Especially in the processing of small-sized tungsten carbide roller rings and high-hardness large-sized rolls, its superior performance is highlighted.
●The fly-cutter spindle adopts a large diameter H40 spindle end, which can meet the requirement of machining a 60mm contour rib.
●The machine tool is equipped with a 6-axis Siemens high-end CNC system, with six servo drives controlling each feed shaft. Rotary milling head and swing engraving milling head are independently configured and controlled (no mechanical or electrical conversion is required). And there is no interference between each part of the machine tool. The full stroke processing of the roll can be achieved with one clamping of the roll. After completing the initial tool setting, it is possible to realize the cross rib groove fly-cutter milling and character and pattern engraving and milling in a fully automatic one-time program.
●The longitudinal and transverse linear motion axes of the machine tool are driven by high-precision ball screws to avoid inaccurate rack and pinion transmission. Under the automatic control of the CNC system, automatic movement and precise positioning from one hole pattern to the next can be realized.
●The workpiece spindle transmission adopts a gap-free connection method, which is maintenance-free, ensuring the transmission accuracy to the maximum extent and controlling the backlash.
