Successful Delivery of Custom CK84100 CNC Roll-Turning Lathes

In April, our company successively delivered two customized CK84100 large CNC roll-turning lathes to key industry clients. These machines will be deployed in customers' core production lines for roll processing, enabling them to achieve efficient and stable machining requirements.

The CK84100 lathe features an innovative 4+1 five-guideway structure: four horizontal rectangular guideways ensure high-precision positioning of the saddle and tailstock, while the front vertical auxiliary guideway significantly enhances rigidity, improving cutting torque capacity and machine tool lifespan. The reference guideways undergo complete ultra-frequency quenching and are fitted with imported soft strips, combined with a stepped sealing design that effectively isolates chips and coolant intrusion, guaranteeing long-term precision and stability.

The integrated AO-type saddle tool post structure, with its adjustable shims, provides flexible adaptation for deep-groove roll machining while effectively suppressing cutting vibration. Customers may also opt for CNC tool posts to meet processing requirements for complex profiles like angle steel or structural steel. 

This product series fully embodies our design philosophy of "high rigidity and extended durability." Currently, production of the same series' CK84125 model is underway at full capacity, with customized orders from steel, non-ferrous metals and other industries being progressively fulfilled.
