MK8450 CNC roll grinder is mainly composed of a grinding wheel frame, head frame, workbench, and bed.
●The grinding wheel frame mainly provides the power for the rotation of the grinding wheel and can move forward and backward at the same time to control the accuracy requirements of grinding.
●The grinding wheel frame rotating motor uses an 18.5KW high-power motor. The grinding wheel frame moves forward and backward using a ball screw drive. The guide rail is supported by a heavy-duty ball linear guide. It has high sensitivity, no damping, fast response speed, terminal negative feedback, and high transmission accuracy.
●The spindle of the head frame is connected with a four-jaw single-motion chuck, the roll is installed on the top, and the four-jaw single-motion chuck is used to give the roll a clamping force to ensure the stability in the grinding process. The roller rotates with the main shaft of the head frame, and the motor of the main shaft of the head frame is controlled by the frequency converter to realize the stepless speed regulation and the requirements of different linear speeds can be easily realized in the grinding process.
●The worktable moves left and right, driven by ball screws, directly supported by guide rails, without damping, high sensitivity and fast response.
The workbench is divided into two upper and lower workbenchs, and the upper workbench can rotate in the horizontal plane. In normal times, the upper and lower worktables are connected by pressure plates.
The upper workbench adopts an inclined plane to support the head frame to facilitate drainage. At the same time, the weight of the head frame and the workpiece is pressed on the guide rail, which can automatically realize the parallelization of the main axis of the head frame and the inclined side of the workbench.
