This machine tool is a new type of CNC roll grooving machine tool developed based on the company's CNC roll milling machine series and after full research and analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of similar products at home and abroad. It is suitable for processing rolls with a diameter less than 900mm and a length less than 2500mm. It can automatically create grooves on the roll surface to meet the market's processing needs for one-way grooves or two-way cross grooves.

●The original LDM 3000 fiber-coupled semiconductor laser system is used, with a power conversion efficiency of up to 45% and a trouble-free operation time of up to 99%. It is equipped with a time-sharing two-way electronic optical brake and connected to the laser cladding processing head and quenching processing head through an optical fiber with a core diameter of 400um, which is safe and reliable.
●The four-axis machine tool used in this system is a high-precision, high-sensitivity machine tool produced by our company, including the machine tool body, machine tool control cabinet, control system, power supply cable, and voltage-stabilized power supply. The protection adopts a fully enclosed structure, which is safe and practical, as well as novel and beautiful.
