●XKV1800 CNC vertical reinforced milling machine is suitable for rough and finish machining of most materials in different processes such as castings and steel parts.
●The machine adopts the enhanced fuselage structure, the reference guide adopts the overall super-audio hardening, and the matching surface is affixed with an imported guide soft belt to ensure the micro-wear movement of each feed component, and maintain high precision and high stability for a long time.
●All three axes of the machine are P3-level 50×P10 ball screws, and the assembly process of 2-end fixed pretension is used to strengthen the axial rigidity.
●Large stroke working space (1800mm vertical ×700mm horizontal ×750mm lifting), to meet the processing needs of general large parts.
