It is suitable for processing rolls with a diameter less than 900mm and a length less than 2500mm. It can automatically create grooves on the roll surface to meet the market's processing needs for one-way grooves or two-way cross grooves.
●This series of machine tools adopts an integral 4-rail bed structure and is integrally cast for better stability. The reference guide rail adopts overall ultrasonic quenching, which ensures the high rigidity, high precision, and stability of the whole machine.
●The lateral moving guide rail of the fly-cutter head milling head component is supported by a heavy-duty rectangular guide rail to ensure the high precision and rigidity requirements of the feed motion during processing.
●The cutter head is fixed on the rotary indexing plate and can be rotated to the corresponding angle as needed to meet the cutting needs of different angles.
●The cutter head transmission chain is all driven by high-precision ground gears to ensure that the tool trajectory fully executes the program instruction requirements of the CNC system, eliminating hidden defects such as groove mismatch and broken tools caused by poor precision and rigidity of the transmission chain. The milling head adopts gear transmission to meet the demand for constant torque during the cutting process. The milling cutter speed adopts stepless speed regulation of the main motor to meet the linear speed requirements of different cutting tools.
●The longitudinal and transverse linear motion axes of the machine tool are driven by high-precision ball screws to avoid the inaccuracy of gear and rack transmission. Under the automatic control of the CNC system, automatic movement and precise positioning from one hole pattern to the next can be achieved.
