Lu Bingheng, chief technical engineer and academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, said at the press conference that at the end of 2016, my country's independently proposed S-shaped specimen standard for testing the accuracy of five-axis machine tools had been approved by the International Standards Committee, realizing my country's progress in high-end CNC A "zero" breakthrough in the field of machine tool inspection.
According to Luo Junjie, the main technical indicators of my country's high-end CNC systems have basically reached the international level, breaking the foreign technology monopoly, and key functional components have been matched in batches. In 2016, more than 1,000 high-end CNC systems developed with special support for CNC machine tools were sold, and the domestic market share increased from less than 1% before the launch of the special project to about 5%. Key functional components such as ball screws, guide rails, and power tool holders are close to the international advanced level in key indicators such as accuracy and reliability.
Regarding future development, Luo Junjie said that the CNC machine tool project will deploy an innovation chain around the industrial chain, improve the capital chain around the innovation chain, comprehensively improve the R&D, manufacturing, and industrialization level of key components represented by CNC systems, and focus on conquering machine tools. Reliability and precision maintenance technology; increase application verification and demonstration to meet new national strategic needs and provide support for the full implementation of "Made in China 2025".
