The shaped diamond grinding wheel is used to grind the hole and outer circle of the hard alloy roll ring, At the same time,numerical control control can be used to realize the R arc angle of the hole of the grinding hole .

The MK8450 CNC roll grinder mainly consists of a grinding wheel rack,a headframe, a worktable and a lathe bed.

The wheel frame is mainly provide the driving force of the wheel rotation, and the same time,it can move forward and backward.The wheel frame is moved before and after the movement of the ball screw. The guide rail adopts the direct guide rail support, which has high sensitivity, no damping and fast response speed, so the terminal negative feedback is realizes and the transmission precision is high.
