
The MK8432 CNC roller grinder is mainly used for grinding machining of tungsten carbide roll collar for high-speed wire production.The molding of diamond grinding wheel for hard carbide roll cillars cylindrical and pass for roughing grinding,middle grinding,finishing grinding,and no spark grinding is necessary equipment overhaul shop rolling mills.
The program control machine tool uses PLC program controller to control the moveing of the grinding wheel rack and the workable respectively. The position of the grinding wheel frame and the worktable is displayed dynamically by the grating digital display. After setting the grinding requirements, the program can automatically finish the grinding of the outer circle of the roller and the groove of each pass.

The high precision and heavy load linear rolling guide is adopted for the worktable and the moving guide rail of the grinding wheel frame.The dynamic and static friction coefficient of the precision pre tightening rolling guide pair is small, the sensitivity is high,and the operation is stable and reliable.Long life,simple maintenance and so on.The servo motor is used in both the grinding wheel frame and the worktable,and the transmission precision is high and the backlash has on gap.The motion can be automatically controlled by program,and the working state can be adjusted in real time by the DRF function of the electronic handwheel.
The cleaning of the coolant of the machine tool adopts a paper belt filter, and the filtering effect is good, which not only ensures the cleanliness of the cooling liquid, but also greatly improves the use period of the coolant.
