The CK8450H CNC Roll Turning Lathe bed adopts the 2+3 heavy-duty linear rolling guide structure, that is, the horizontal arrangement of the two rectangular guide rails provides the movement and positioning of the tailstock, and the two heavy-duty linear rolling guides arranged in parallel are provided. The movement and positioning of the saddle, and a linear rolling guide on the front side of the bed is used as an auxiliary support for the saddle. In this way, the saddle and the tool holder are guaranteed to have good bearing rigidity, and have excellent system response sensitivity and dynamic precision.

The bed saddle tool holder adopts the AO type overall tool holder scheme. The tool holder can improve the rigidity of the tool holder during the turning process and reduce vibration. And adjust the position of the tool holder to adapt to the deep groove type of roll processing. This tool holder solution is very effective on the roll lathes of HERKULES in Germany. When turning the outer circumference of high-hardness rolls, the one-side one-time cutting depth can reach 10mm。

Our company can also choose to configure the CNC tool holder according to customer requirements. (It is recommended to use electric knife holder for processing channel and angle steel customers)

The machine tool is equipped with CAXA CNC lathe automatic programming software. The dialogue type operating system can automatically program the outer circle and hole type of the roll, which reduces the cumbersome programming work. Moreover, the optimized machining program maximizes the reduction of the idle feed time and improves the cutting efficiency.
