CK84 series CNC roll lathe adopts Siemens 828D numerical control system and servo motor drive. The design of the machine tool fully analyzes the technical performance indexes of the roller lathes of Italy ATOMAT Company and Germany HERKULES Company, and the novel mechanical structure form. At the same time, it draws on the experience of similar machine tools of well-known domestic enterprises.

This series of machine tools is mainly used for the hole machining of rolls, and it can also turn the outer circle and roll neck of the rolls, and can turn parts of similar rolls. It is suitable for cutting various materials such as cast steel, forged steel, alloy steel, chilled cast iron, ductile iron, tungsten carbide roll ring, etc., which achieves the effect of grinding by car, reducing cost and improving efficiency.

The CK84100/125 CNC roll lathe bed adopts the overall 4+1 rail structure, that is, the four rectangular guide rails of the bed are horizontally arranged to provide the movement and positioning of the saddle and the tailstock respectively, and an auxiliary device is arranged on the front side of the bed. The guide rail serves as an auxiliary support for the bed saddle. This ensures that the saddle and the tool holder have better rigidity and can withstand greater cutting torque.

The bed reference rail adopts the overall super-audio quenching, and the matching surface is attached with the imported guide rail soft belt to ensure the micro-wear movement of each feeding component, and maintain high precision and high stability for a long time. A certain height difference is designed between the bed saddle rail and the tailstock rail to ensure that the chips and coolant do not invade the saddle rail.

The tailstock adopts the independent rotary spindle + tailstock sleeve axial expansion and adjustment structure, and the tailstock spindle taper hole is 100-1:5. The tailstock body adopts an integral structure, which eliminates the disadvantages of the unstable precision, poor carrying capacity and poor reliability brought by the traditional upper and lower split structures.

The tailstock of the machine tool is equipped with a high-performance pressure sensor, which is used for setting, measuring and feedbackting the tightening force of the tailstock when the workpiece is clamped on the lathe. By setting and adjusting the operating pressure sensing controller, the top end of the tailstock against the workpiece can be automatically controlled and displayed. The loosening and clamping of the tailstock sleeve is automatically achieved by the hydraulic control system.

The workpiece thermal deformation compensation mechanism is designed in the tailstock sleeve. During the working process of the machine tool, the axial length variation of the workpiece is absorbed and compensated by the disc spring in the sleeve.

The machine tool holder is an adjustable overall tool holder. This structural solution expands the range of the cutting diameter of the tool holder, and the tool holder can improve the rigidity of the tool bar during the turning of the machine tool, reduce the vibration, and can also turn the high speed steel roll and the hard alloy roll after the special tool is equipped, and the high Hardness composite roll.
