XK84 series CNC roller notching machine adopts integral 4 guide structure of lathe bed, benchmark equipment with overall super audio quenching, outstanding guarantees the high rigidity, high precision and stability. The transverse moving guide rail of the "flying milling" adopts high precision heavy duty linear cylindrical rolling guide pair support (used on high precision CNC roller lathe). Ensure high precision and high rigidity of feeding motion in flying cutter.

The “fly cutter” and the "Swing engraving head" are independently arranged and controlled (without mechanical or electrical conversion). There is no feed interference between the functional parts of the machine tool, so the full stroke machining of the roller can be realized.
