1. The bed adopts a steel plate welded structure, and the working oil tank and oil pump system are external for easy maintenance and cleaning.
2. The machine tool is fully enclosed to prevent leakage of working fluid. There is a switchable door on the left side to facilitate the replacement of graphite wheel electrodes, a double door in the back to facilitate the turning and forming of graphite wheel electrodes, and a double sliding door in the front for processing adjustment and replacement of diamond grinding wheels.
3. Automatically stop when processing is completed.
① Diamond grinding wheel: limited to metal bond diamond grinding wheel, using mandrel fixed double center clamping, stepper motor servo drive, manual/automatic rotation servo feed processing.
② Graphite wheel electrode: Use an easy-to-process graphite wheel as the electrode. Using the principle of electrical discharge machining, the electric spark removes the parts that need to be processed by the diamond grinding wheel. The outer hole pattern of the graphite wheel is turned and formed using a hole pattern tool clamped on the tool holder.
③ Hole-shaped tool holder: The hole-shaped knife can be processed by a wire-cutting machine tool. It needs to cut a 6° relief angle and be clamped on the movable tool holder to cut and shape the outer circle of the graphite wheel electrode.
④ Cooling working fluid: In order to ensure the smooth progress of electric discharge machining, cooling working fluid needs to be poured into the processing area (the working fluid is 7# white oil or 5# engine oil). The working fluid is flushed from the upper part of the processing area, and the position of the oil flushing pipe is adjusted repeatedly. Make sure there is no open flame in the processing area.
